Some Green Thoughts To Fight Anxiety

Hi!
Sometimes children feel their anxiety in their bodies as panic symptoms. It results in physiological symptoms. Sometimes the anxiety comes as “worry thoughts.” These are known as cognitive symptoms. Finally, anxiety can also express itself as a behaviour, such as when a child avoids going to school, going swimming, or doing things that lots of his friends are doing.

Last week, I shared some of Maurice’s strategies for panic symptoms. Here are his strategies that target the cognitive symptoms. He helped decorate and design these little mini-posters. Thanks again, Maurice!66f3fb1e 93c0 47ca b2eb 969bafbba93e
